Alameda County supervisor candidate Bryan Parker to lead pro-Israel event

County supervisor candidate Bryan Parker visited
Israel for a sponsored event in mid-January.

It’s beginning to become clear why Alameda County Board of Supervisors candidate Bryan Parker was recently in Israel, despite no clear connections between his campaign against Supervisor Nate Miley this June.

Parker is headlining a discussion this Sunday afternoon put on by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). The event at Oakland’s Temple Beth Abraham is titled, “An African American Perspective on the U.S.-Israel Relationship.”

According AIPAC’s web site, Parker is listed as a “Recent American Israel Education Foundation (AIEF) Trip Participant.”

“Bryan will discuss what drew him to Israel, what he learned on the AIEF mission, how Israel advocacy connects to the various facets of his personal and professional life and what motivates him to share his pro-Israel advocacy message with other members of the Bay Area African American community,” according to the invitation for the event.

Last January, Parker visited Israel, according to his campaign’s Facebook page.

Yesterday by the Gaza Strip. Visual distance from Hamas. Seeing the damage from the bombing is surreal. Bomb shelters are an unfortunate routine part of life.

The nexus between Parker, the supervisorial district’s black community and Israel seems odd. One explanation could be Parker’s political consultant, Lisa Tucker, who also worked for Tri Valley Rep. Eric Swalwell’s campaigns.

Swalwell’s campaign treasury has always been larded with pro-Israel special interests. The second-term congressman is also one of the biggest supporters of Israel in the entire Bay Area.

In my above post, the last four words of the next to last paragraph, in other words the item I capitalized, should have read “EVEN PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTIONS.”

So one of these days for the sake of accurate typing, and especially for proper proofreading, I am going to have buy a separate pair of eyeglasses for reading, since the glasses I normally wear are for driving and ordinary walking around, but NOT for reading and close-up work.

My parents, and also all of my grandparents, were Jewish. In fact, one of my grandfathers was an Orthodox rabbi.

So therefore let's have all of the robots and mental retards get in line to call me anti Semitic.

However, it is about time that it stopped being a requirement for candidates running for election in many sections of the country who hope to have a chance to win to be good little stooges and puppets on a string for Israel.

In fact, it is quite possible that Parker is not even actually a real supporter of Israel. However in certain sections of the country anyone who wants to have a chance to win an election, needs to pretend to believe in certain items, and such as for instance: one, strongly backing Israel; and two, unlimited, or at least virtually unlimited, access to abortion, and including third term abortions, and EVEN THIRD TERM ABORTIONS.

Ask Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, Kamala Harris, and Nancy Pelosi for details.
