Rep. Eric Swalwell and Roger Stone. |
15TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT
Roger Stone, President Trump’s dapper raconteur, has called East Bay Rep. Eric Swalwell a “mannequin,” a “lightweight,” and a yellow-belied coward.
On Tuesday morning Stone will meet Swalwell and other Democrats at a House Intelligence Committee hearing into the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia.
Stone and Swalwell squared off in March before the first of at least two occasions when the former Trump campaign adviser was set to stand before the House Intelligence Committee.
He called Swalwell a “punk ass coward” during one exchange. The three-term congressmember responded with, “Why don’t you show up & explain why you helped Russia. See you there!” Swalwell tweeted last March.
In July, Stone was scheduled to appear before the committee until his testimony was postponed until after the August recess. But not before Stone told a radio station he doubted Swalwell had the courage to question him face-to-face.
“I don’t think he will show. But if he does show, he will regret it for the rest of his life,” Stone told Bloomberg.
However, it’s anyone’s guess who Stone will attempt to skewer during his testimony on Tuesday, but his penchance for extreme bravado is highly likely. Unfortunately, Stone’s testimony will occur in closed session.
Newsweek, meanwhile, reported on Monday that Stone already took out knives for another California congressmember who has been highly critical of the Trump administration and allegations it colluded with Russia during last year’s presidential election.
Stone inelegantly referred to California Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the House Intel Committee, as “Schiff-head.”
Just curious: Who are you “MW?” …and why do you insist on filling these pages in EBC with completely irrelevant observations, to the articles presented? Well, I guess you have every right to do so, but I must say, it is “clutter” to me.

In regard to the multi million dollar 3AM fire that Lawrence owned building suffered, and which I referred to in Item 5 in my above entry of 8:01PM, altho it would have been obvious to anyone with an IQ higher than his shoe size that the fire was caused by arson, however since Lawrence had extremely close relationships with all of the big boys of SF politics, and including Willie Brown, John Burton, Dianne Feinstein, Walter Shorenstein, and the Alioto family, etc, etc, etc, therefore the SF Fire Department's arson squad went thru its scripted, prearranged, and choreographed “investigation” of the fire, and then declared that the fire was caused by bad luck, in other words supposedly an electrical box shorting out, rather than arson. And any member of the SFFD arson squad who had said differently almost certainly would have been fired on trumped up charges.
In other words the cause of that fire was “investigated” according to Bay area “standards,” and in fact similar to the “standards” of the “investigations” conducted by Alameda County's DA's office, County Counsel's office, and Public Works Agency.

Let me now make a few more comments in regard to M. L. “Larry” Lawrence.
1. When the first items started to come out in regard to the fact that he had been buried in Arlington National Cemetery under false pretenses, in other words as a result of telling a lot of lies concerning his supposed military service during World War 2, the radio talk shows began referring to him as Larry “The Liar” Lawrence.
2. While Lawrence was still alive, one of the most prominent people in the State Department summarized Lawrence's “qualifications” by making the comment on the CBS Evening News “HE GOT HIS AMBASSADORSHIP THE OLD FASHIONED WAY – HE BOUGHT IT.”
3. Both before and after he died, some of those who knew Lawrence best, and including close friends, said they knew of no one with as much talent as Lawrence at taking a bad situation and then making it worse. (For instance, Lawrence did not know to quit when he was behind, and including situations involving attempted coverups of tenants and employees having been exposed to asbestos.)
4. While Lawrence was still alive, a huge SF office building that he was the primary owner of was the subject of an almost full page newspaper article titled “ASBESTOS BY THE BAY.”
5. And that same building was being inspected by CAL OSHA in regard to its asbestos violations, and before CAL OSHA could complete its investigation, the building suddenly went up in flames at 3AM in the morning, in other words the standard time for such fires when the fire is set by a “torch” working for organized crime.
That fire started on the building's back dock, and shortly before it occurred the building's security guards were repositioned so that they had no view of the back dock.
IN SPITE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE, DIANNE FEINSTEIN AND BILL AND HILLARY CLINTON “KNEW” THAT LAWRENCE WAS “WONDEFUL.”
In fact, Dianne Feinstein of SAN FRANCISCO was the primary person in both the US Senate and its Foreign Relations Committee in pushing through the confirmation of Lawrence to be the US Ambassador to Switzerland.

In regard to the issues of national security and whether certain politicians were willing to compromise it to further their own personal interests, once more details come out concerning how some of the big boys, and including Bill Clinton and Dianne Feinstein, pulled out all of the stops so as to make M. L. “Larry” Lawrence the US Ambassador to Switzerland, it will make virtually everything else seem hardly worth mentioning.
(Altho Lawrence, and who was also known as Maurice Larry Lawrence and M. Larry Lawrence, was as organized crime connected as could be, however he was such an extremely important source of election campaign contributions and under the table bribes, that therefore he had no problems in getting a lot of the very highest ranking politicians all over the country, and especially in San Diego, the San Francisco area, Sacramento, and Washington DC, to go along with the charade that supposedly he was a legitimate businessman.)
And then when the facts came to light on less than only one percent of his lies, sleaze, and frauds, it was still enough to have his body removed from Arlington National Cemetery, and where he had been buried based on his “history” as a supposed “war hero.”
As to how a sleazy joker, fraud, phony, extreme con man, pathological liar, and organized crime money launderer such as Lawrence ever managed to pass the FBI's background check that allowed him to be approved for a national security clearance, and receiving a national security clearance was an absolute requirement for the Ambassadorship Lawrence wanted, that is something I will go into in much more depth in the future.
And when I do, a lot of Lawrence's associates, and including Feinstein and Bill and Hillary Clinton, will get to insist that they are real liberals, and not just phonies who in actuality would sell out anybody and anything in exchange for money.
However I am not going to insist that Lawrence did not have his good points. For instance if not for the actions of Lawrence and his co-conspirators, and some of his most key co-conspirators were lawyers, I would have never learned such things as that: one, lawyers have far and away the highest rates of alcoholism and drug addiction of any major profession; two, the California State Bar has a secret system of two sets of books, and also sells pardons and coverups for lightly disguised bribes that it pretends are fees for courses; three, if a large arson fire engineered by a “torch” working for organized crime occurs in an office building, usually the fire will occur at about 3AM; four, most government agencies, and including the FBI, have a secret system of two sets of books; and five, if the President of the United States is absolutely determined that a certain person be approved for a national security clearance, the FBI will generally roll over and keep secret any negative information that comes up, and then testify that based on its supposed “background check” that Mr. So and So is an honest and reputable person and worthy of a national security clearance.
