Rep. Mark DeSaulnier is a very bad artist

Rep. Mark DeSaulnier holds up his interpretation of the state of California during a short video for MSNBC.

CONGRESS | 11TH DISTRICT | Producers from MSNBC asked freshman East Bay Rep. Mark DeSaulnier to draw his district for a light-hearted video last month.

DeSaulnier who was elected last year to replace the retired Rep. George Miller, instead, drew the state of California as it may have looked 300 million years ago as part of the supercontinent Pangaea.

According to DeSaulnier’s representation of the state in the land before time, the 11th District is located just east of Bedrock and a stones throw from Rock Vegas.
