Police union IE hits Price with devastating attack piece

Californians United for Safe Neighborhoods and School opposing Pamela Price for District Attorney 2018, an Independent Expenditure Committee, created by San Jose and Los Angeles police unions, issued a strong rebuke to the candidate challenging Alameda County DA Nancy O’Malley in a hit piece in mailboxes Tuesday.

As of Friday, the IE had reported receiving $140,000 in contributions, although, just $14,500 in donations are accounted for, according to finance reports. The outlay includes polling and two mailers, including today’s piece. Over the weekend, the first mailer hit mailboxes
